- • 1 cup finely grated Cheddar cheese
- • ¼ cup butter, softened
- • 1 7 ½ -oz can crab meat, drained and flaked
- • 24 cocktail buns
Mix together cheese and butter; add crab meat.
Spread mixture between bun halves; wrap in foil.
Place sand- wiches on grill over slow coals and heat 10 to 15 minutes, turning frequently, until sandwiches are heated through and cheese begins to melt.
Sandwiches can also be heated in a 350-degree oven for 15 minutes. Makes 24 appetizers.
